CEF Manufacturing (PTY) Ltd follows the guidelines for empowerment as set out in the Government's strategy document on Black Economic Empowerment. CEF has embarked on a Black Empowerment Equity program in order to be in line with the legislation effecting business in South-Africa and to be in line with the demographics of South-Africa.
